How Rest works
Full visibility. Full earnings.
Rest connects directly to your financial data and keeps your cash moving between your bank and your Vaults — automatically, on your terms.
Step 01
Connect your accounts
Securely link your business bank accounts via open banking for a real-time view of liquidity across your businesses.
Step 02
Set the rules
Decide how much stays in your current account and how much sweeps into a Rest Vault — zero-balance sweeps, maintain-balance rules, or scheduled transfers.
Step 03
Earn fair returns
Keep cash in a fund designed for low-risk stable capital, invested in government bonds, with same-day liquidity. >99.5% of the funds are placed directly, in or backed by government-backed assets.
Layers of security
Rest assured, your funds are held securely.
Investments are protected up to £85,000, subject to FSCS rules. FSCS does not cover declines in market value. When you invest, your capital is at risk.

Layer 01

Rest never holds your assets directly. If Rest became insolvent, our FCA-regulated custodian, Alpaca, would continue to safeguard your assets on your behalf.
Layer 02

Your assets are held by Alpaca, our FCA-regulated custodian, separately from its own and beyond the reach of its creditors. Daily reconciliations keep clear records of what belongs to you.
Layer 03

In the unlikely event of BlackRock's insolvency, the underlying assets — government debt and repurchase agreements — cannot be used to repay its creditors.
Layer 04

The fund is backed 99.5% by government-issued or government-backed assets, sitting at the lowest end of the risk scale.
One simple, all-in fee.
Rest charges a 0.25% annual management fee, taken from your earnings. BlackRock deducts its 0.1% before interest is paid. No account fees, no lock-ups, no surprises.
